Open Question: i want to move, but stuck?

Hi, my husband and I have always talked about moving back to his hometown of sacramento CA. We have visited several times to see grandparents, our kids 10,7,5 love it down there, and there new found grandparents. We live in granite falls, WA- near seattle. Anyways we bought our first home a year half ago, house on land, but now we could not sell it if we tried, way bad market out here. I can't get cali outta my mind at all, i want to go. I need the sunshine, I have been here for 31 years time for change.
