Open Question: After Passing DMV Written Test?

I have a few questions regarding Driving and stuff... I'm currently 16 yrs old and I have just passed my Vision/Written Test. After passing the written test they gave me few papers.[I live in Sacramento,CA] 1. Is the Provisional Permit the packet/paper they gave me? [First page; have my address,name,hair/eye color, etc...and if you turn ALL the way to the back it has my photo] (Just want to make sure) 2. After passing the written test I have to do a "Driving Behind The Wheel Training" Do I do the training at DMV or somewhere else? because i searched the DMV website and I couldn't find "Driving Behind The Wheel Training" on their web. 3.How long is the Training?
